Although passionate about food since childhood, Karie’s career path initially grew as a marketing and business development executive, lasting nearly 25 years.

After a series of life-altering events in 2016, she embraced the belief that a woman’s place is wherever she wants it to be. Karie chose to pursue her passion and sanctuary – the kitchen – launching KarieOut.
